Just enjoyed another FANTASTIC bit of service from Dale, Cameron, Theresa, Allie and Chris at Crystal Clear. They have provided extraordinary service for my Jandy equipment, spa and pool for five years. The latest incident involved a gecko that smoked itself and a relay in my control box, naturally, just as the freezing weather was coming on us. I called in the problem on the Saturday prior to New Year’s eve, expecting to make their service list for the following Tuesday. Got a call back within 30 minutes from Dale, offering to fix it that holiday weekend. I put it off until Tuesday and Cameron showed up and expertly changed out the relay and got all the pumps, salt generator and accessories performing perfectly. Pool ownership is SO much easier in Austin thanks to the caring, dependable and expert gang at Crystal Clear. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN, CRYSTAL CLEAR, for saving my bacon! I have had pools in CA, AZ, CO and here in Texas and YOU are absolutely the best ever!!!

I swim everyday that I am home, summer and winter, and since I’m retired, that’s most every day. Chris is the best diagnostician I have ever met.
